MANAGING DIRECTOR

Andrew House

Andrew founded Agrilink Accounting Services in 2002 and brings over two decades of experience in the accounting field. With a specialised focus on agricultural finance, he is deeply committed to understanding each client’s business at a granular level.

His primary goal is to help clients grow their revenue, increase profitability, and build long-term business value. Andrew spends much of his time consulting with business owners and farmers, offering strategic guidance on financial and agricultural matters, and regularly visiting farms and business sites to build strong, personal relationships.

While his work is deeply client-facing, Andrew also holds extensive expertise in agricultural economics, tax, and accounting; making him a trusted advisor for businesses navigating complex financial landscapes.

Darryn Verwey

Darryn is a CIMA-qualified Accountant who helps organizations build robust and efficient financial frameworks. Leveraging extensive UK industry experience, he excels at identifying critical opportunities for process improvement that directly impact time and resource management.

A key strength is his ability to distil complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences. Darryn has a proven track record of implementing strong controls and strategic processes that drive best practice and empower leadership with the clarity needed for sound decision-making.

TAX MANAGER

Grace Soko

Grace has been a vital part of Agrilink Accounting Services since 2002 and currently leads our Tax Department, supported by team members Onias and Daniel. With over 35 years of experience in tax consulting, she is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants and a trusted expert in her field.

Throughout her time at Agrilink, Grace has built strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique tax needs and ensuring they remain fully compliant with evolving regulations. Known for her dedication and proactive approach, she regularly attends industry events and training to stay current with changes in ZIMRA legislation.

Recently, Grace launched Client Tax Work Groups—interactive sessions that help business owners understand their tax obligations and make informed decisions for the future.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Onias

Onias is a goal driven professional who thrives on excellence and honesty. He has been a part of Agrilink Accounting Services since 2011 and currently leads the Accounting Department, supported by a team of qualified accountants and bookkeepers. Onias delivers client-oriented accounting and tax solutions, to add value to client’s unique business processes, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Highly experienced in accounting packages such as Sage Pastel Partner, Sage Pastel Evolution, MYOB, QuickBooks and payroll package, Belina.

CORPORATE LEGAL CONSULTANT

Viola

Viola has been a part of Agrilink Accounting Services since 2020 focusing mainly on the compliance needs of the organisation and is an esteemed member of the secretarial department and also currently leading our estate planning and estate administration department under the supervision of Andrew.

With over 5 years of experience in secretarial services, estate planning and estate administration she is a registered member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe (LSZ) and the Council of Estate Administrators and Insolvency Practitioners (CEAIP) and is knowledgeable in her field
